Return Window

30 Days from Delivery

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in its original condition
  • Item is in original packaging (if applicable)
  • You have your order number and reason for return

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • Reason for the return
  • A photo of the item (required for damaged or defective claims)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

Different Size or Color?

Want to swap for a different size or color? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange. If the item is in stock, we'll get it shipped to you as fast as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility (With One Exception)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.

For damaged or defective items, we cover all return shipping costs. No questions asked.
