When Does My Order Ship?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to appear after your shipment confirmation.
If your tracking hasn't updated after 7 days, contact us at support@landofthefreesupply.com and we will investigate immediately.
July 4th Orders — Order Early
To guarantee delivery by July 4th, 2026, orders must be placed by June 20th, 2026. Orders placed after this date may not arrive in time for Independence Day celebrations.
We strongly recommend ordering early.

We'll Make It Right
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Wait 2–3 additional business days (carriers sometimes scan early)
- Contact us at support@landofthefreesupply.com
We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues and make it right.
Multiple Items
Separate Shipments Are Normal
Orders containing multiple products may ship in separate packages from different suppliers. Do not be alarmed if your items arrive at different times — this is normal and expected.
